Yes, there is power when I turn the key to the on position; my satellite radio turns on fine along with the door locks and power windows/sunroof.

At first when I posted this I was thinking either the ignition switch or starter, but since everything seems to work fine with the ignition I'm guessing that I should look elsewhere. Also, when I turn the key all the way to ignite, I hear a click down below, like under the gear shifter, but nothing from the front/engine.

So does this sound like something with the starter? I'm going to have to mess around with it and try that with the starter tomorrow when I don't have homework.
