spark plug threads rusty 900 1997

I just pulled the plugs on my 97 960. This car has sat for 5-6 months. I know! I know! ... Anyway the plug threads are rusty and the threads on engine are rusty. I vacuumed out the areas after pulling the coils so it's pretty clean. Question is when I put in the Volvo plugs with anti seize will any of the rust on the engine threads fall down into cylinder? Any comments are appreciated.
