They're seated pretty good - no daylight showing through. That's weird.

Is there a chance the glass isn't seated all the way into the chrome piece? This might tweak it out just enough.. that's the only thing I can think anyway. This was one of the problems we had, initially, but it caused the vent window not to close properly.
