Yes. Very easy, no need to dismantle the strut assembly at all.
Some struts already have slots in the brake line brackets so that you can slide them out without disconnecting. If not, release the clip and then carefully cut a pipe-width slot. Wind the assembly very carefully round the pipes to extract - don't let the caliper dangle on the pipes nor the strut.
