I'm not an expert on long term fuel trim by any means and others here will know more than I about it.
But I read this as indicating : at idle, the ECM is maxing or minimizing out the injector timing trying to compensate for either a large vacuum leak(s) or too much fuel entering the system.
Too much fuel could be from sticky injectors, but it's most likely a vacuum leak or leaks, and there are plenty of sources on this vehicle.
A check of the O2 sensor with an analog voltmeter will tell you if the sensor is bad or lazy (not responding quickly).
