I am in Harris County, some 25 miles northwest from downtown Houston, near US 290 and FM 1960.

I have a 1997 965 with the third seat. Original owner bought the option, but it looks hardly used. It matches the beige leather interior but I think it is vinyl. I do not want it.

Easiest way to do a swap (I did one between two 245s) is to swap quite a bit of things between donor and recipient cars. The seat is bolted on to the spare tire storage bin cover, so those get swapped. What color is your interior?

The process of removing it from my car will reveal the way to install it in your car.

This is assuming, of course, that the 965 seat will swap into a 945.

Perhaps someone else will have the facts on that.
