Go to the "picture gallery" forum; select "add a new exhibit" and follow the directions. The directions must be decent if I was able to figure it out!
There have been times when uploading pictures just did not work without any explaination. You can usually contact Jarrod if that happens for an explaination.

Yes, there is a limit as to the size of the picture.

I still haven't figured out how to post muliple pictures in a post though, maybe you can!
