It could be the fuel system relay or the 25 amp spade fuse near the battery. Test the relay by jumping on the left side fuses 4 and 6, this bypasses the relay and forces the pumps to run. Re-solder the circuit board for the relay or replace.

Check the connections at the battery and 25 amp fuse for corrosion and good clean contact. Dan
