Good luck, I found Don to be very pleasant and understood exactly the problem and knew right how to take care of it. My flange arrived promptly and went on perfectly.


Sorry if I came off impatient. It's just that I've shared this info several times but nobody every seemed to pay any attention or re-circulate the valuable information.
