Check your power steering rack to see if is leaking into the boots. If it is, the inner tie rod joints are probably squeaking to beat the band when you go over bumps slowly or turn the wheel at slow speeds.

If the steering rack boots are wet (at least one of them), you may have just found the culprit as the steering fluid dilutes the factory grease in the inner tie rods ergo, squeaks!
