Why NO piston slap on this model? 700 1990

Just wondering if a 90 740 w/B230FT with 'NO' piston slap is a rarity with 150K? I was under the impression that pretty much all the pre 93 motors would have slap after they got a bit above 100K.
It is on a 90 B230 I am really considering buying.
