I was going to say it was the relay. I had one get stuck in the middle and I had to physically open the hood and bang on it to get it to go back to low beam. Couldn't get it to make it all the way to high beam... If you're still looking for wiring diagrams (a BIG help when diagnosing problems) I suggest picking up a Haynes manual. The 140 book is actually the best haynes manual I've used, and it includes the bosch wiring diagrams for all the differant 140 models. You can get them from www.classicgarage.com.
