Hi, Chris. How are you liking Arizona?

You've got me curious - when did the service light interval go from 5,000 to 10,000? I've got a 90 740 and it's 5,000. I always felt that the manufactures started throwing those extended mileage numbers out there just to sell cars, knowing good and well that any shorting of engine life wouldn't raise its ugly head until after the warranty expired anyway. I wouldn't have thought Volvo got caught up in that game.
