I have the ISKY cam from IPD. "Street Performance" I think they call it. You ask how noisy... It's hard to quantify it but it is noisy enough that it bothers me and makes me wonder how much excessive wear is happing because of it. If I converted to a roller rocker set-up in the future would this help? Do double valve springs make the noise worse?
