Header Pipe To Catalytic Converter Repair

Are the ends of both header and cat "bell-mouthed" with a donut gasket between them, and "spin flanges" on each pipe, with 3 bolts pulling them together?

If so, you can get a new donut gasket, then cut or saw the rusted spin flanges off and replace them with these bad boys from NAPA (see below).
