Thank you both for your help.

I need to buy a burett and some glass.
I'll get an accurate measurement on the chamber cc's on the modified F head.
I'm also going to try contacting Crane cams today for a spec sheet.
If I post the results, then maybe you can help me decide if the crane cam will work with the higher compression F head?
Like you say Phil, worst case is, I can sell the other bits and pay for some decent head/valve work to compliment the E head.
