Here is a general procedure for doing a full alignment. The particulars (adjustments) are for a '54 Pontiac but the measurement methods are the same:

Right now on eBay there are turntables available for $120 for the pair. Item # 150120094623

There is also a camber gauge. Current bid is $10. Item # 230125986359

Do you have a copy of the Green Book for the front end? If not let me know and I'll get a copy to you. You really need it if you are going to do the alignments yourself.
