Help in identifying engine block and head 1800

Can't prove it, but I'm 95% certain that the 418205 head casting is a B18 piece. You could measure the valves; IIRC, all B18 heads have 40mm (1.58") intake valves, the B20 has 42mm (1.65"). They both have 35mm exhaust valves.
