Engine problems when it rains 700 1992

hi everybody,

my 740 is having fuel problems anytime it rains.

it goes away when things dry up.

today it rained for quite a while and then stopped. i took the car out and it exhibited the same symptoms.

it is some type of fuel starvation, i would guess water, so it must be a whole in the fuel line somewhere? or the fuel filter?

any advise would help.
