Timing 1800

Nonetheless I'd start with 20° initial advance and if it knocks, back it up till it doesn't. But that is just my opinion.

That's OK for a low HP/CID engine, but don't do that to a genuine hi-comp B18B, B20B or B20E. On a decent race B20, you will smash the top rings in to a dozen pieces if you let it get anywhere near making a ping sound.
