What to save? 1800

From my similar questions, it appears that the rear end is a little wider than the 1800s. The 1800 has an excellent rear so I wouldn't worry about it. Then again... you have a 66 which is probably single-circuit drum-rear brakes which is not better. But a wagon rear attaches in a way quite different from the sedan/coupe so it's still not probably worth your effort.

The 145 brake booster, master cylinder and clevis and standoff are in reasonable demand if it is functional and couple be used for a dual-crcuit brake system conversion. if you go that route, also save the brake limiters. The calipers and disks are also in demand.

The seats and seatback operators could be useful. I snagged a pair of recaros for my 122S and I love them.

I'm sure there is more that's worth keeping aside from the obvious engine accessories (carbs if equipped, air filter box, manifolds, alternator and VR, etc). I'm a little haunted by the memory of my 1972 145 which went to the junkyard with a fine pair of SU HIF6s, locking gas cap, B20B, gearbox, driveshaft, and many other little bits I wish I had now.

I'm sure others will have some more suggestions.
