Hard start after initial cold start 200 1989

OK, so I replaced the distributor cap and the rotor. The rotor had some black carbon on it; maybe that was the issue?

Anyhoo, I've also been running the car for two or three minutes in the driveway just to make sure it's all OK. Perhaps that will solve the problem.
