You are applying opposing line wrenches and squeezing, right? I use Randy's method, which I sometimes call "poor man's impact wrench" wherever I can, from brake bleeders to caliper mounting bolts, but I think in a B230f, like shown it may be tough to find a solid place to back up a wrench.
Last week, under a yet older car with not much room, I had to do similar with the accumulator output fuel line. The position and my muscle weren't cutting it in the squeeze method, so I levered a third open end wrench into the two opposing wrenches to break the flare fitting loose. I'm pretty sure penetrating oil is of little help where the seal is made, but a great help if the nut is rusted to the line - not a problem with the LH injected cars that I'm aware of.
