I spent the day (and many cans of cleaner) unclogging my forward carb and discovering that the main impediment to starting and running was a lack of fuel getting to the carbs. So I didn;t get a chance to inspect the 1800 rad closely.
I do remember that the 1800E bottle was on the driver's side due to the D-Jet manifold. My 1967 220 bottle is on the passenger side. I found a spare bottle bracket in my original 1800E/122S parts stash so I could mount the bottle wherever. However, it occurs to me that I want to D-jet the 220 (it has the B20E in it) so maybe I should just swap the 220 radiator and put the 1800E radiator into the 220...?
Have to be careful, I'm trying to avoid cannibalizing my beloved 220 for this new car...
