no start 700

If the engine flooded, then the fuel pump check valve isn't your problem - you're getting fuel to the engine. If it's getting fuel AND spark, look down in the oil filler cap while while someone cranks the engine (or you can turn the crank by hand) and see if the cam is turning.

Another possibility is that the fuel pressure regulator has fail, allowing a gross overpressure to the injectors. Pull off the little vacuum hose connected to the front of it and see if there is any fuel present there. If there is - bad regulator.

BTW - what year is the car, is it 4 or 6 cylinder, 8 or 16 valve, turbo or non-turbo......etc.?
