Ken - sounds like you got a rare bad unit.

My story matches the others' - a perfect fit for the brace. Anytime I've asked for help or a return and refund, IPD have been unhesitating in doing the right thing.

It's not likely that they QC every single item from their vendors, and this one slipped into their inventory. They have a slug of 240s in the employee parking lot; ask them to ensure fitment of the replacement before they send.
