Frame rust -- HELP 700

Massachusetts winters are nasty to cars that aren't hot dipped galvanized.
There's some good welders around to repair rotted out floors/frames.
It might be better to get the rotten area welded than going for some
overpriced replacement? Are you still in MA? I know some good auto welders
on Boston's north shore. (they specialize in restoring cars VWs etc,and
are some pricey, but do fine work)
Ask around and make your decisions.
