remove the fuel pump relay and look at the date stamped on it. if it is more thna 10 years old replace it with anew one or known good used one.

or take the cover off the relay and look carefully at the underside of the board for micro cracks and re solder if u like and have skills to do so.

the symptoms u describe can be caused by the poor connections in the relay board as a result of cracks.
