where is the ECU 700

Passenger Footwell - there's a plastic cover over it.

Remove the first two (at least) Torx screws (#30 or 35 I think) securing the door channel molding before attempting to work it loose. It slides towards the back of the car.
There aren't any screws securing it except for the first door channel screw.

Why are you looking for it?
