3-2-1 code&no start 700

I changed the fuel pressure regulator[w/junker]. the other day&it was running good for a day.It has been spewing a 3-2-1-code&idling rough lately&stalling sometimes.This morning I changed back to the old FPR&thought maybe the oe I had put in was to blame.NOW NO START AT ALL!!
Changed back to the first one&&&still NO START.cLEANed the Idle air control.no start!!what can be the problem???Thanks for any help.
Additionally I replace the CPS w/ a new one I had from my 89 245,the old one was real frayed&was easy to take out in 2 min.seems like not enough fuel pressure,,but I have no gauge to check it.
