Unfortunatly you don't have springs -you have a traverse leaf spring going across the car from tire to tire. This would be a bitch of a job to replace.
Since you have shocks and not nivomat self leveling there's not much you can do. You may be able to put the self leveling nivomats in-gona cost a lot of money-or you may be able to have someone make some coil over shocks for you to fit the car-gona cost some money but not as bad as the nivomats.
