FCP Groton Customer servive ???

I know exactly the "saleman" you're speaking of. I have bought from them often but have had to get used to barely hearing the guy because acid metal music is blaring in the background. Last year I ordered a set of tie rod ends....not 60 sec after I hung up I realized I'd need 2 sets so I called back. I was told "no" I couldn't add them. Ok....so I called Autozone to see if they had them....tie rod ends for $15 each with LIFETIME warranties. btw....upper strut mounts for $20 each....LIFETIME warranty as well.

So I guess I'm indebted to the salesman because without him I never would have called around.
