I found it easy enough to do both at once in my 140 ... but it doesn't have a radiator shroud so jacking the engine fairly high was no problem.

If you have trouble finding 140/160 mounts at a decent price, mounts for a TC/TD 6cyl Ford Cortina also fit, are readily available, much cheaper, and are available in urethane if you want to go that route.
