Thanks again. You're right that I should start back at the beginning. With earlier CIS problems in mind I may have gotten ahead of myself. I realize the AC input should elevate the rpms by 150. How much do you think the cold engine input would elevate the rpms, in the "coldest" of simulated conditions?
