Window regulator bug 700

Hi Aleekat,

I have the old regulator here and see a little signs of wear on the sector
gear, but not signifigant. The staking of the two arms looks beat up and
out of place.

I see that maybe the three bolts that hold the motor might be loosened to
take the slop out of the worm gear. Maybe thats the thing to try.
The "Bad" regulator has a lot of slop- motor to sector gear
