Drive Train Thumping 700

Did this problem come on suddenly? Sounds like you went after the likely culprits.

Are the rear brake shoes messed up? Maybe broken free and binding?

See if there's clearance between the tranny and the crossmember.
Collapsed motor mounts might remove that clearance and give you vibration.

The drive shaft is balanced is there any sign of damage on the driveshaft?
