What year and how many miles? How do the spark plugs look? How is the fuel mileage?

It could be a bad coil, bad wires to coils, a bad air mass meter and many other possibilities.

More info needed, does it start up from cold and still idle badly or does it gradually turn bad as the engine is warmed? Can you isolate the miss to one cylinder?
