ANSWER Any Seat Heater experts out there?

I have done this with other rocker switches. You probably can open it up and see Carbonation on one of the contact points. Since you said it was sporadically working. Careful as you open it, There is most likely a spring in there. It doesn't hurt to try, it's already broken.

I'd hit a Junkyard. Aftermarket: I don't think so. the switch is a standard type but the light with the 'seat' symbol is unique
