I fabbed new hardlines for my 122S Wagon earlier this year. I had to do it since the 1800E lines were too short for the 122 wagon's chassis. You can get a decent coil of 3/16" on eBay and re-use your fittings. Getting the hang of making the double-flares with a cheapo tool is really the hard part.

The good tools are very expensive.
