replacement front rubber brake lines 140-160 1968

Help! My drivers side lines are leaking at the mount where they go from rubber to metal. Both rubbers are badly cracked...didnt notice till I topped off the MC.

Anyone have a pair or have a line on inexpensive (lol) new ones?
