If the Mobil-1 data says it's not covering Type "F", I would not use it.

I can usually find Type-F at AutoZone, probably in other parts houses, too.
Stock up with the El Cheapo house brand for flushing out the system. Then refill with a better brand.

Get more than one turkey baster, in case one wears out half-way through the job.
