What engine do I have? 120-130

I have a 67' 122 with a transplanted B20.

All looks normal with the car until I was trying to buy points. I was having trouble finding points, when I did, the points where listed as for a "marine application", other B20 opoints where backwards.
But I don't see any of the numbers that Volvo-Penta owners talk about. Could a regular B20 run properly with maybe just a Marine distributer? how can I find out what engine this is? and the head and etc.
