Just to echo 945T, when I was a Volvo mechanic for a living we would do a full timing belt job with the water pump (you are already in there, might as well)

So:
Water pump
Gasket set
Thermostat (with gasket)
timing belt
Timing belt tensioner
accessory belts (4x total)
seals for the cam, main and balance shafts

And if you don't already have it, do yourself a favor and get the Bently manual.
