This is good news--I had heard that 16 x 1.50 was the thread pattern, but wasn't sure. I also knew this was common on late-model camaros and firebirds. I'm half tempted to head to the junkyard and look for one. My first car (I've come a long way) was actually a '91 Camaro RS with a 305 cu. in. V8 and a 5-speed. I remember it having a big round plastic shift knob, but I also remember never being able to get it off! :)

Anyway, I'll begin hunting around for something that will work.
