Yup, it stamped little indentations of the bolt into the head and the piston, If I had known about it (and the defective fuel accumulator) I surly wouldn't have drove it out of there, I would have towed it.
Once the head was off, everything was revealed. A piece of shaving had lodged into the valve seat and made a channel for the gases to flow through, deactivating the cylinder. The car would start with coxing the throttle, but it wouldn't idle.
Rebuilt the head and she runs great now, Didn't rework the bottom end, but I didn't have the cash then either. Hey mabye I will in another 100K miles...
