Sounds like a check valve in the fuel pump.
Could also be a pump/system relay, but usually they give more problems hot.
Quick test would be to wait for the hot soak(when the problem occurs), then "bump"
the starter enough to energize the fuel pump (without starting the car). The second time, try to start it. If it starts, the fuel rail is losing it's prime and the engine is not cold enough to fire the cold start injector(if equipped-didn't see which fuel system you have). If your problem is still there, try the relay.
