I have used Rostfort and their products are magic. POR15 is not the same as Rostfort. After treatment with Rostfort, you can use NS4 by Duram, which are extensively used in the shipping industry. cvi-automotive is selling the inner and outer door panels to repair your rusted doors. You would, however, need a very good panelbeater or welder. To prevent future rust, regularly open the holes at the bottom of the door and keep the inside clean. Rust is Durban is a problem to all older cars anyway.
