I am a tightwad and I really like the bare bones steel wheel look. My choice would be the $1100 car if the paperwork is in order and it passes smog check. The 940 is a good looking car, service records, and it is a turbo, if that trips your trigger. The $3k 240DL has had a lot of work done on it. I would offer him $2500 for it but then, I'm a tightwad. ;-)
