Here's how I got my O2 sensor out, when my best efforts could not get it to budge:

I took the car and my new o2 sensor to Midas and they put my new part in for 20 bucks. Took 15 minutes. They heated t up with a torch and had a special wrench. It was well worth it to me, too, since my driveway is covered with frozen slop and I'm not up to squirming around in that stuff anymore.
