Watch eBay for the rubber. It comes from Taiwan, and is $10/meter no matter how much you want it is $10 shipping. The guy's name is Andrew and you will get it in less than a week. Get three meters and you will have some left over. I got 2 meters the first time and it wasn't enough for my 244. I just got the rest so I can finish it. The material is actually better than new Volvo rubber, as it is a more modern synthetic rubber. The fit and appearance is PERFECT.
